Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment Reviews

Great location and good selection of breakfast. Room is clean and everything looks newly renovated. Bus stop is just across the street opposite of the hotel. Tesco supermarket is few steps away from hotel too. All in all a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return.

Very bad behavior in reception,so rude one of them and damage our mood , with they personal problem made all plan or damage. All employees was good and lovely just this person in following Mr. George frontzis don't know anything of respect . They don't care customer's don't have communication and help fully.

Absolute delight would visit again. Lovely setting all round x

The attitude of the service staff is good, and they take the initiative to inform the nearby food and attractions. They have strong multilingual skills, beautiful scenery, and Big Ben is close in front of them. I will stay again next time I come to London👍

The bread for breakfast is delicious, but this hotel is really small, and the bathroom is very clean, but the hotel feels like the level of domestic seasons

The comfort and sanitation are relatively good. The location is superior. You can see the night view of London by the river. It's centrally located. It's very convenient to go to attractions like the Soho Museum

Location and environment are good!

The deposit has been refunded for half a month and I haven't come back. It's the first time to stay in this hotel. I'm speechless.
