Wonderful location. Super friendly staff. The perfume used for public area is great and soon there will be commercial products for it.

Absolutely loved our stay at Treehouse Hotel London! We stayed in the Connecting Treehouse with twin room and it was perfect for our family of 4. It's essentially two connecting rooms but the boys were so excited to have their own space and bathroom. Our room was spacious, with expansive views, colorful and very comfortable. We spent 7 days in the UK before we arrived in London and this was by far the best sleep I got on our entire vacation. The blackout blinds were AMAZING and maybe my favorite thing about the room. Service was great as well as the food at both Madera and Mozza. If we come back to London, we will 100% stay here again.

The Treehouse is a very cool hotel in a great part of London. Visually the hotel is very cool. Earthy and natural accents are everywhere. The beds are comfortable. Our problem with the hotel is with the reception setup and nighttime atmosphere. The reception is on the top floor, along with the restaurant. This already makes for a strange check-in process. The other issue is that at night the restaurant must turn into some kind of lounge, with VERY loud, heavy music. We were two floors down from the top floor and could still hear the thumping bass in our bedroom, and this is most nights, not just weekends. This was also happening during our evening check-in, which made it very awkward (tired travelers with luggage mixed with evening bar and lounge patrons). It was impossible to hear the staff giving us hotel information over the music. Our shower was also not well thought out, as it is open and was positioned in a way that made water splash into the rest of the bathroom. Again, I think they over-did the aesthetic, but compromised some functionality in doing so. Overall, this is a unique, funky hotel, that offers guests something a little different. I just wish that they considered their guests a little more and could move the lobby to the ground floor. Most of the issues are design oriented, and not the fault of the staff, who were perfectly pleasant.

Excellent location in Oxford Circus. My wife found this hotel on TikTok and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

The Treehouse is a wonderful, stylish hotel, in a great location, with the most warm, friendly and helpful staff. It has an excellent rooftop bar and restaurants as well. The many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops on it's doorstep make it highly recommend for a great city break, but it's the little touches they add which make it different and special.
