Travelodge London City Airport

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

On arrival Kai checked us in and was very warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate and has everything we need for a good nights sleep before an early flight. We called in at the bar just as the kitchen was closing but Alex had a chat with Dan who bent over backwards to accommodate us as we’d had a long day. The pizza was delicious and very welcome! Alex on the bar was very friendly and helpful as was Mr Sham. All in all an excellent experience and we would highly recommend it. The staff made a long day end very well.

Sham was superb with his service from start to finish, K had an issue with the food and he corrected it and replaced it. He was polite, friendly and very welcoming and his service was excellent- from his service alone I would use this hotel again.

Dan on reception and food service was fantastic. He was really accommodating and friendly. I was impressed with Kai's commitment to customer service and made us feel welcomed and couldn't do enough for us. Mr sham was helpful, warm and efficient. Lovely stay and staff.

A bargain stay on a Monday night! £56 for a hotel in London is almost unheard of in this day and age. I arrived late and needed dinner - the cafe is open until 9:45pm. Dan walked me through the meal deal and I tucked in to a nice chicken tikka masala, followed by an enormous knickerbocker glory dessert! Meal was a bargain, bar prices a bit steep but this is London! Great service from Dan.
