My brand new charger have been stolen, I only took my filing bag to get a visa, there's no chance I lost it. Every time I go to the front desk, I will be hung there for a long time before I solve the problem. There's no water, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer, and the paid Wi-Fi keeps going out. There was also a loud machine noise coming from nowhere in the room. And the duvet sheets have small yellow spot on it.

The bath towels are dirty, there is no hair dryer, and you have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. But the location is really good. The bus and subway downstairs are very convenient.

Really meh. The location was good, right in front of the metro. But the room was very mediocre. It smelled of humidity. No window that opens.
I actually caught bronchitis after the 5th day.
We asked twice for cleaning to be done... We went out and came back and it wasn't done.
We had to go and ask for the bath towels to be changed ourselves…
Really blah blah.
I don't really recommend it.

Nice location, with a bus stop and metro very close by. The room was nice, with decent bathroom.
The bed was squeaking very bad, it made it hard for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with not much to choose from besides English breakfast.

The location is good, just next to the subway station. The equipment is clean and tidy, but there are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Broken aircon. Broken lights. Broken extractor. Broken toilet. Broken sewer. Broken staff training. Broken check in procedure. A carpet of cigarette butt's to welcome you at the entrance. Really awful place

Rooms were to hot and aircon would not go any lower. But great base to reach all major touristic locations and really close to US embassy

The hotel was well located and easy to reach, very quiet, air con and heating! Easy walk to lots of bars and the riverside walk.Perfect for our stay.
