Stayed a couple of nights on a weekend break,
No complaints but a couple of suggestions :
Could do with air con, room was very warm
Would prefer proper shower rather than over bath.
Breakfast was excellent and great friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located, with good service. It is very convenient to the subway and train station. The room layout is reasonable and it is very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude of the front desk staff is good!

The location is good, close to Souston Station and within walking distance of the metro to Heathrow Airport. The room and bathroom are small but clean.
The toilet and running water drainage seems to be poor.
No problems with hot water and water pressure.
The breakfast area is a little crowded, but very delicious.
The heating was difficult to use.
I could hear the conversations from the next room, which was bothersome.

The hotel is very clean and has a bathtub, which is suitable for those who like to take a bath. The bedding is good and the sleep is good. The location is good and the life is convenient. The Korean fried chicken burger downstairs is very good. The hotel is facing the garden, and there are famous attractions and colleges such as the British Museum and the British Library UCL not far away. The transportation is convenient and it is easy to travel. It is not far from Euston and Leicester Square subway stations. There are water dispensers on each floor. The overall cost performance is high. I will book here again on my next business trip
