優點是離地鐵站近，基本出站馬路對面就是。房間小，考慮到地點，倒是可以接受。但是設施一般，吹風機壞的，浴液的瓶子打不開，我不得不跑了兩趟前台處理這事。離開的時候，前台問我要不要給9.8鎊的小費，第一次被酒店前台要小費，而且是當面要的，我不好意思，給了。但是心裏很不舒服，因為房費裏應該包括了服務，憑什麼再給小費？從前住店，最多給行李員小費，從沒被前台要過。還重複收取了房費，被我發現了，他們説沒收到平台給的房費。沒收到房費怎麼有我的入住訊息？好在聯繫攜程了之後，攜程把我之前預付的房費退給我了。但是大家一定要小心。

Exceptional service from resourceful, generous, kind hosts including front the desk staff, the concierges, and the most friendly, happy breakfast servers to start the day. Quality furnishings and a sense of staying in a London townhouse. Ideal for an overnight business stay. The concierge surprisingly couldn't find his way to the room. VIP access a nice concept but staying as a single guest, a whole bottle of Prosecco does not feel appropriate. Why not juts offer a glass of wine, once settled in the room. - I would very much stay again...

The Pelham excelled in every aspect. The space is inviting, beautifully decorated, quiet, clean and an absolute gem. The location was ideal for access to all the major sites, easy access to the tube, buses and taxis. The staff were friendly, always accommodating, and made us feel so welcome. We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious and the staff took the time to remember our coffee orders! We are already planning a trip back.
