The location is in the heart of London. It is very convenient for dining and shopping attractions. It is also very close to Chinatown, but the decoration of the facilities is too old!

Had a beautiful afternoon tea for my mums birthday. Ramadan the waiter, has been so lovely and welcoming to us! Service with a smile for sure and very personal with a surprise birthday cake for my mum. Thank you Ramadan for making my mums birthday special. Lovely food and scones were perfect!

Die Fliesen im Bad sind kaputt. Eine Renovierung würde dem Hotel gut tun. Die Möbel in der Lobby sind durch.

Hotel was reasonably nice, conveniently situated for our stay, but the room was certainly not in keeping with what i would expect of 5 star hotel.. Long hairs all over the bathroom, stained carpets, TV impossible to operate, grimey mugs and glasses to name a few things.

I took my best friend to the CH for a Afternoon Tea treat. Our experience on 13th April was so lovely. The staff/ atmosphere was very welcoming and where we were placed to sit by our waiter Ramadan was perfect. Ramadan looked after my friend and I very well. He was attentive and offered to take our pictures with our Champagne and then when our AT selection arrived, so that we have a lovely memory of the occasion. Our sandwiches were fresh and tasty. The scones warm and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. There was a generous helping of jam and clotted cream and the selections of cakes and pastry were delicious. We would definitely come back here again to celebrate our friendship.
