This time I came to London to go through formalities. The location of this hotel is very good. The breakfast quality is good, but there is nothing new about those things. Lovely hotel! Love and appreciate everything! Hotel service was exceptional! Fast reception they even gave nus early check in. Appreciate the room size. Bed was very soft and good to sleep. Lights and well designed and furniture are huge and comfortable for resting. I love our family stay. We will choosose marriot again! Thanks! Yet expensive room…

I have reviewed this hotel in the past, so won't go into a lot of additional detail. However, it is a great stay and the staff are excellent at every turn. It is an expensive hotel, though most in central London are, particularly in Mayfair. So it is a good candidate for the use of some of your Marriott Bonvoy points. From the moment we arrived, to the time of departure we were well cared for, particularly in the celebration of an anniversary. Special thanks to Berkay, Viktoria, Sophia and all the staff in the Executive Lounge. We look forward to our next stay, it's a gem.

On arriving we were very impressed with the hotel, staff and room. However the experience in the restaurant was not as expected. There was a mouse in the restaurant and we did inform staff but were told that it hadn’t been in the kitchen but the staff were unaware of it being in the restaurant. There was an apology but no offer of of a drink or discount for helping them locate the mouse. Just being assured it had not been in the kitchen when we alerted them to it.
Also the breakfast was not part of the room rate, even coffee and orange juice was lot included. This was not made clear, we liked the al cater menu and don’t mind paying for that but the continental and coffee, juice should have been included in room price.
The executive lounge was very good and recommend that part. Overall for the price of the room I have had better experience and wouldn’t recommend.

We have just returned from a Rosebud Afternoon Tea experience at The Grosvenor House Hotel Park Room. Service was excellent and we felt very pampered. We ordered gluten free options, which were very good, with lots of choice offered. Thank you to all the team for making our experience so special
