位置好到沒話説，1景點聖保羅教堂在50米範圍，2生活，教堂範圍內是一個小廣場有sains超市方便，周圍酒肆餐廳林立 高中低都有，3快餐正餐都有。4交通門口公交26.附近25.76等，地鐵200米，聖保羅站.
説説酒店自身，1 定位商務酒店，確實是老的酒店，房間內部空調聲音比較吵，2 大堂免費茶和咖啡極好，暢飲。3 大堂的空間實用，電視機和商務會談桌子上各個插座俱全 4 打掃蠻乾淨，5前台服務態度好，熱情。5 隔壁餐廳是連鎖中檔獨立餐廳，早飯和正餐都性價比，推薦餐廳的經典牛肉2人套餐，6酒店不帶早飯，其實沒必要，去超市購買，房間有微波爐餐盤刀叉，水槽，
適合親子，商務 3人間沙發床不是小的那種，是3.5尺，舒服。
