The hotel is in a great location. Just next to the square. You can walk past Big Ben. London Eye. There are many places to eat nearby. Check-in at the hotel is also convenient. Recommended to stay.

The Indian guy at the front desk was super nice and the service was pretty good. The room was neat and clean and had air conditioning. Bathroom products are also good. Located in the city center, the price/performance ratio is pretty good. The highlight is the unlimited supply of drinking water, which is very convenient. You can also drink coffee in the lounge on the first floor.

Double charged. Took almost 3 weeks and countless contacts to get a refund. Turns out the hotel refunded the wrong card. The front desk was unprofessional at all.
