這次體驗非常差，價格虛高，本來這次訂的全景房間，但是卻給的一樓，什麼都看不到，入住和提供照片不符！！進入房間是樹遮擋了。馬桶還有打掃留下的洗潔劑的印跡，地上還有之前客人留下的頭髮！這次體驗感很差！！！前台印度籍女人態度敷衍！！！算是比較歧視那種態度。

地理位置十分好，在zone 1 近兩個underground station, 及多條巴士線, 交通便利，有些景點步行半個小時內也可到達。酒店算乾淨，員工服務態度良好，唯獨房間會有忘記執**情發生，沒有風筒，沒有檢查洗頭水、沖涼液是否補充等問題，但通知櫃檯也是會跟進。隔音比較差，清晨早上常聽到附近房間客戶關門聲音及其他維修聲音。

房間住着挺舒服的性價比很高，位置很好就在海德公園旁，離地鐵站也近很方便，前台人員很熱情。不過房間特別小，把行李箱攤開就沒空間了，衞生間馬桶老舊了會發出噪音。
