The location is great. Our room has been upgraded. Although the room is big, the wardrobe is full of dust and there are some watermark over there. Also the lights are so dim.

Allocated basement rooms which was told no other room Available at Upper floor. Was told to take it or leave it at the reception counter on the first day we arrived. We have paid all in full on the time we booked. Quite bad customer service. Would not recommend for future use. Unless you pay for better room type I guess.
Book standard room at your own risk if you don't like basement room. Though basement room is bigger, but the ventilation is not good and with kind of smell

酒店位置極佳，地鐵Queensway步行5至10分鐘可以抵達！我訂的房間是單人房，面積較小，是可以接受的。不過，因為酒店正進行翻新工程，正好我入住的下午三點，我想睡個晏覺，就被工程發出的噪音滋擾了！房價不包括早餐，也是另一個讓住客失望的地方。

My son and I had a great time. Perfectly placed, walked everywhere and plenty of food places, nice restraunts, tube stations and not so busy or noisy.
Nice frint desk team. Clean spacious room.

The hotel is fine, it’s going through renovations so it’s a bit of a mess. The room was fine, nothing special. It’s next to Hyde park and very close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. The breakfast was decent with a big buffet.
