Close to Pimlica Underground Station, close to the Thames River, easy to access, the hotel is generally clean, the room is small, English breakfast, no elevator

I rushed to the Holiday Inn brand, but it turned out to be a room in the ba*****t. It was horrible. Holiday Inn Express has such a room and management, which is unacceptable. Fortunately, I only booked for one day, and I will not be able to book this hotel in the future room up

Fantastic holiday Inn Express Hotel offering a great night's sleep and a wonderful powerful shower in each room. OK breakfast. Pre cooked served warm. Everything else was good. I'd definitely stay here again.

The Holiday Inn Victoria London is NOT FIT to be an IHG hotel - we paid for 2 nights early April 2024 back in January - and checked out within 2 hours of our arrival - got a refund for one night but still got short changed £60 - carpets are FILTHY with HOLES - Room and bathroom are TINY - no storage - and way way way over priced…..advertised rate to IHG members on IHG was around £340 per night - but the hotel rack rate was £178 per night - and it’s not worth even that. Subsequently I cancelled all our Holiday Inn bookings. The worst hotel we have ever seen…..and I’m an IHG member of almost 20 years.

Everything was fine except the miniature bathroom sink I couldn’t washed my face. The next day I spoke to front desk and she gave me another room . Overall was excellent service.

Hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to most central locations. Staff was excellent - Josh and crew at the front disk, along with Miriam and Daniela working hard in the Breakfast area. Hotel is obviously older, but so is everything in Central London. Hotel was or probably converted in the past, thus a bit crazy hallways and stairs. Rooms were decent size, but with smaller closet space. Some updates. Could use new carpet in the public areas. Price was reasonable. 4 Stars. Would be 5 if hotel was more modern, but it is what it is. Would recommend and we would stay there again.
