This hotel is in a great location near the Victoria coach station and we stayed in a junior suite (2 parents in a queen and 18y.o. on pullout couch). There is no train or traffic noise to speak of and we had no disturbances from the outside. They were doing some construction which started about 8 AM but since we were early risers, it really did not bother us, but I could see how it could be a problem for those who want to sleep in. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel in the mornings and it was quite good and we enjoyed it even though it was basically the same buffet everyday but they do have a la carte options. We also enjoyed having a nightcap at the bar before heading up to bed and they have a nice seating area. Some other reviewers mentioned a weird sewage smell at times that comes from the sink. We did note it intermittently, but did not really take away from our stay. There’s a great breakfast place around the corner, called giraffe and two decent pubs around the corner Victoria taps, and Warwick. There also is a pastry place as well but we cannot recall the name on the same block. All in all, we would recommend with the caveats noted above.

The hotel location is superb. First time visiting London and no issue taking the public transportation and if you plan to go for tours outside of London, the coach station is around 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The receptionist, Sai was very helpful towards our endless enquiries and tried his best to make our stay a comfortable one. The view from hotel room was okay as we are busy exploring the city.

Small and cozy, the breakfast is good. In a very expensive area of London, it is very comfortable to have such an affordable breakfast. The important thing is that the 10-year-old child is not charged. I have stayed in several hotels in the UK and it is still very friendly to Chinese people. . I was charged a fee by mistake. The bill from other rooms was charged to our room. I struggled to communicate in broken English and returned it the next day. However, the overall efficiency in the UK is low, unlike in China where everything is rushed.

The cleaning staff had a very bad attitude. They kept knocking on the door every day to drive us away... Even though we had hung up the do not disturb sign in front of the room door, the overall stay was very poor. This may be because there was no prepayment of the extra 50 pounds when checking in. fee (because we are used to tipping cash to the waiter to ensure that the waiter gets it), so the attitude of the room service people is very bad

It is very close to Victoria Railway Station. It is very convenient for trains, buses and subways. There are also two places to watch musicals at Hamilton and Wicked nearby. Breakfast is normal and highly recommended.
