Great location, close to Victoria Station, including the Coach Station. Complimentary tea/coffee and pastries due to the restaurant being closed was extremely appreciated. The only let-down was the substandard air conditioning, which wasn’t up to the job this English Summer; however, we were informed that it was being fixed shortly.

Hotel is only 5 minutes from the station, good size twin room, clean and modern. Receptionist was polite and friendly, quick service overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel near Palace in London was disappointing. Despite its promising location, the broken air-conditioning made the stay uncomfortable, especially during warmer seasons. The absence of a bar also detracted from the overall experience, limiting options for relaxation and socializing within the hotel premises. They also missed to book a taxi While the proximity to the Palace might attract tourists, the lack of basic amenities like functional air-conditioning and a bar diminishes the value for money and overall satisfaction. Future guests should be cautious and consider alternative accommodations with better amenities and services.

Location to trains, tubes, walking distance to Buckingham palace, Wes**inster etc. room very small and very hot, a/c did not help at all.

This is a true gem a few blocks from Victoria Station, close to restaurants, shopping, and key tourist attractions. We stayed in 2 rooms, including a beautifully redecorated large king suite. There is a nice restaurant, great-looking bar and lounge, and elevator.
We would highly recommend this lovely property in London.

The hotel is ideally locate a block from Victoria Station and in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay at Tophams Hotel. We had a small issue with our room which the staff dealt with promptly. The bed was comfortable and a great breakfast is offered.

Gorgeous hotel and great location. Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. We called in advance to let reception know that we would be arriving early at 8am due to train strikes. They were amazing and made sure our room was ready for us on arrival which was very welcome indeed after 8 hours on a bus. Highly recommend this hotel.
