到店在登記入住，前台有位台W口音小姐姐接待，本人IHG鉑金卡，要住一週左右，要求升房（正常合理要求），她左推右推，婉轉拒絕…還説已經給升了…等到去房間一看…兩人根本轉不開身…無奈，又去前台找*老外經理，二話沒説，直接給升到頂樓大房…心裏無數個***飛起…大家出國千萬別信***…總而言之，住的還行…

The hotel claims itself as four-starred standard but to me, they just provide a three-starred service. First, no fridge was provided in the room unless upon request, and the fridge was not cold enough which made the milk rotten. Secondly, water coming from the shower head was weak and was not hot enough. Third, I found yellowish stain on one of the pillows. Most of the personal items, such as slippers, comb could only be provided upon request. Finally, tissue was not refilled after room cleaning on the last day of stay. Apart from the above, the hospitality service was fine.

The location is convenient, very close to the subway and many scenic spots; the room facilities are average and the hygiene is acceptable; the front desk service and cleaning staff are very patient.
