Opposite the bed in the Mayfair room is a whole mirror. The garden room on the ground floor has a view of the hotel. The lighting is not good and it is very depressing. If you are concerned, it is best to book an exterior view room on a higher floor. The Indian guy at the front desk actively cooperated with the room change. The TV screen projection in the room did not work, and the technicians did not fix it for two days. I have given feedback to Ctrip and the hotel manager and the response has been good.

1. Excellent location, close to Oxford Street. Within a 20-minute walk, you can reach major scenic spots such as Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and Oxford Street.
2. The hotel room service maintains intercontinental standards, and the welcome is very timely and prompt. However, there is no standard dehumidifier, which is slightly lacking.
