The hotel and its staff treated my family in a manner a titanium guest would expect. The location of the hotel is perfect. Underground, Harrods, Hyde Park in 3 mins walking distance. Karan the evening manger and Greg the concierge gave best recommendations on things to do

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and very comfy bed. Turn down was great with lots of extra water. Great location. Practically in the centre of Knightsbridge you couldn’t ask for a better location. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good neighberhood. The stay was ok but they are short stuffed.

We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel. Every review I write always points out the first thing any guest encounters when they first get to their hotel — the check-in desk. After a very long, much delayed flight from California, we couldn’t have been happier to have finally reached this beautiful hotel. Our check-in was facilitated by Aires - he couldn’t have been more personable, more knowledgeable or more gracious to us knowing we had just come from a very long travel day. He was absolutely wonderful! Each time we saw him during our stay, it was like seeing an old friend. And by the way, this was one of the very few times that about 15 minutes after we first got to our room, he called us to find out if everything was okay!!!! In addition to Aires, we were also fortunate enough to eat in the hotel restaurant/bar a few times - the food was fantastic, the drinks were generous and the manager, Manuf, a wonderful presence each time we were there. One of the evenings we had dinner there, we were waited on by the also wonderful Humayra - she was efficient, friendly, helpful and we adored her. We loved the fact that when you want to go to your room, you press your floor number on the elevator and once you enter, you realize that there are no floor numbers inside the elevator, preventing someone from pressing all the floors (did I say kids?) . Loved that. And last, but not least, this hotel is located in a terrific location - close to Harrod’s, and close to many hop-on, hop-off bus companies that will take you all over the city!
