酒店位於市中心，鬧中取靜，離很多景點比如白金漢宮、西敏寺、大笨鐘、倫敦眼等均可步行到達。我們到達時被告知查不到預訂（應該是他們預訂部的疏忽），我訂的3人套房沒有了，換給了我兩個標準房間，也算是及時解決了問題。
酒店本身環境設施服務等都不錯，早餐也算豐富，關於此酒店，知乎上有介紹説曾經是著名的“間諜酒店”，大家有興趣可以查一查。

It was a beautiful property. Dorman, ready and available the minute we were walking up to the hotel. People were dressed exquisitely, and it just felt like a five star experience from walking in to checking out and everything in between.

The staff provides a service experience that is nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. Any concern is addressed immediately. The hotel and facilities are very clean and our room was beautiful. We shall return.

We only used the bar after the Royal Garden Party. Thank you to the lovely bar staff as we were soaked. What a perfect end to a perfect day. Lovely place. Fantastic ambience and great facilities. Haven't stayed in the hotel for years so can't comment.

This historical hotel is centrally located to restaurants, bars, underground and sites. The closest underground is St. James Park with the Victoria station about a 10 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was a wonderful affair, so many items to choose from. We enjoyed the fresh breads, yogart, fruits and hot items - yum. Our stay was even more special but the outstanding welcome from Ms. Elizabeth Godfrey. A few days before we arrived I received a welcome message from Ms. Godfrey asking us about the purpose of the visit. Upon arrival our room was ready and we had champagne and a cake. There were 4 of us and the room had plenty of space to sleep and move around. We loved the steps taken to make us feel a part of the Marriott family. A must see is the beehive - - on the 3rd floor. Thanks so much we will never forget this trip, Elizabeth and St. Ermin's Hotel.

Great location, easy walking to several historic sites, very clean hotel, with a friendly staff . Great afternoon tea, we had a young lady from Minnesota serving tea and she was wonderful. My wife found Harrods easy to walk to and was a highlight of the trip.
