The hotel has a strategic location and is very convenient to walk to Big Ben, Wes**inster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, St. James's Park, and the London Eye~ Rich in British style~

The hotel is located in the city center, quiet in the bustle, and within walking distance of many attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Wes**inster Abbey, Big Ben, and the London Eye. When we arrived, we were told that the reservation could not be found (probably due to an oversight by their reservation depar**ent). The suite for 3 people I booked was no longer available, and I was given two standard rooms, which was a timely solution to the problem.
The hotel itself has good environment, facilities and services, and the breakfast is quite rich. Regarding this hotel, there is an introduction on Zhihu that it was once a famous "spy hotel". If you are interested, you can check it out.

We arrived early in the day- long before check-in..The hotel had a storage room to keep our luggage.- So we ventured out for a few hours. Then back to the hotel to wait for our room.The desk staff said they would call us when our room was ready.-That did not happen! we waited, and finally I asked at the desk- yes our room was ready. Nice room- clean, small, bed/pillows comfortable. The bar service was hit and miss on promptness, i understand busy ,however one night just 2 other tables were occupied. The food , when they finally took our order, was good. I would recommend the bar food, just have patience!! The Terrace grill staff was excellent-prompt ,helpful and curious. Breakfast was good- same items every morning, however a large variety. Great location for us! Tube station around the corner was very handy.

We recently stayed at The St. Erwin’s Hotel for a business/holiday get away. We both travel pretty frequently and this is the best hotel we have stayed at. Why you ask??? First is starts with the team at the front of the house. Both Matte and Stelios are so gracious. They made us feel immediately welcome with their generous smiles and keen understanding of the hotel and surrounding area. Upon check-in Gabriela was extremely kind. Our room was not available yet she did make us a priority and get us into our room earlier than expected. We were extremely appreciative. At breakfast, you will meet Nahid who personally ensures each guest has what they need. He truly helped us relax and kickstart our day. Bottom line, if you are in London, Hotel St. Ermins is an experience that prides itself on being of service. Thank you for an amazing week and we look forward to returning. A presto! Chris

The hotel is exceptional. The staff is super friendly. The value is excellent t. The concierge were beyond spectacular
The only tiny negative is the TV scenario is awful. Not a single sports channel to watch soccer or even highlights when going to bed

Stefano at the bar was awesome!!! We enjoyed our stay so much at the hotel and would recommend to anyone coming over to visit the city of London. A Nice clean hotel with great staff. Brunch was lovely here as well. Had so much fun hanging out at the Caxton bar inside the hotel

Wow we enjoyed every moment spent there the staff were excellent clean rooms clean beds overall everything were brilliant no complaints and I would like to say a big thank you to Mark Douglas for taking such care also Allouko room service gentleman, Hafid, Ivan, Nahid,Winnie, Victoria,the hostess Ramos, Alexandra and Bruno they were all great us with so much care and respect and very welcoming every single minute of this stay was excellent 💯 we were well taking care of can't wait visit again overall every single staff were great thank you one more thing breakfast was tops any see you guys very soon can't wait.
