The hotel was right next to Paddington station was super convenient location wise. Hotel room is clean but not much amenities. They do have hand wash, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No fridge though. The room was super warm and had to call 3 times before someone came to the room to fix it. The guest relations line always taking forever for someone to pick up the phone.

The room was more spacious than expected, and the conditions were good. The room was cleaned every day.
