很差的入住體驗
預訂了兩天，第一天晚上8點多到的時候説沒有房間了要安排去隔壁的mercure住一晚 第二天再換回indigo 為此補償了一張早餐券
第二天早上出門的時候 兩邊酒店相互推脱處理行李 因為新房間沒有打掃好
等下午回酒店時 換了前台工作人員 不清楚情況 找不到行李 花了很久才處理好 也沒有任何抱歉的態度
到新房間以後衞生很糟糕 開放式櫥櫃裏有一衹大蟲子 找了housekeeping來處理
員工很沒經驗的樣子 拿塑料袋打蟲子 然後蟲子到處飛…
最後協商換房 換到了五樓 結果是地下室
（當初特地訂了樓上的房間）
整體體驗非常差

酒店位置在帕丁頓火車站附近，步行5分鐘可達，全程無需上下樓梯，對推著行李箱的旅客來說非常方便！比較欠缺的是附近沒有大型購物商場或者超市，喜歡shopping的朋友要有心理準備！

Paddington 車站穿出來的街上，位置非常方便，酒店高檔，裝飾温暖而有文化，房間小但是乾淨緊湊而舒適。唯一的後悔是沒有帶女朋友 ！

My first trip to London. Hotel Paddington will be my first choice when I return. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Pillows a little mushy but ok. Every employee there was so nice and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. There is a fridge in the room, nice cold a.c ! Bathroom was spotless. Every request was immediately attended to. No microwave, there is an iron and safe. Nice thick white robes wirh slippers. Towels were soft fluffy and huge. No washcloths but hand towels. The Nespresso with complimentary biscuits were delicious. Complimentary water for tea kettle or to drink with complimentary o.j. sodas.I would give them 5 stars with no hesitation. I travel for work in the states and stay at a lot of hotels. There was no "ick or eww" when I entered the room. Cleanliness was obvious. If there is a problem they will fix bit right away. Free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel were definitely worth the breakfast.

房間隔音特別差，隔壁開門感覺走廊一側的牆都晃。
有一天早上沒有熱水，衹能涼水洗的澡，早餐服務也一般，等好久服務員都不來。不過全倫敦的服務都很差。
