The hotel is very average. The same thing in the bathroom broke twice. There is no explanation from the hotel and the service is also very average.

The Airport Express goes directly to Paddington Station, and you can reach the hotel within a 10-minute walk; the subway and bus are very convenient for traveling to various attractions in the city, and you can also walk to Kensington Hyde Park within 20 minutes; in terms of accommodation, there are queen-size beds and sofa beds. Very comfortable; the waiters are friendly; the restaurant environment is elegant and the breakfast types are also very rich!

There is a thief in this hotel, please be careful when checking in⚠️Make sure the room door is locked! This is my first time writing a review, so I am a bit unfamiliar. I should have been happy to stay at the hotel on the night of December 31st, but what happened last night really left me speechless and even a little scared. I went back to the hotel last night because of jet lag, so I went to bed at 20:30. I slept until about 3 a.m. but woke up. I went to the bathroom and couldn’t fall asleep (the night light in the bathroom was on), so I lay on the bed and brushed my hair. Since I didn’t want to disturb my wife and daughter’s rest, I didn’t turn on the light and turned off the volume of my mobile phone. At around 3:20, a dark figure slowly moved into the room. I was startled and screamed. The dark figure ran away quickly, and the door of the room closed with a bang. I jumped off the bed and chased him out, opened the door and chased him down the corridor. (The corridor was lit at night) I saw that the partition door in the middle of the corridor had also slammed shut, and the thief had run away without a trace. So I reported the situation to the hotel. The hotel replied that it had asked security to check the floor and no one was found. He replied that he would check the monitoring, but nothing more happened. The situation was also reported to Ctrip, and customer service has also contacted the hotel. The hotel didn't believe there was a thief. They said they checked the surveillance and found no one, but they refused to show the surveillance video. It is recommended not to stay in this hotel, as sooner or later theft will occur. (I suspect it’s a problem with hotel staff, but of course this is a subjective assumption) I asked Ctrip to coordinate the cancellation of my stay tomorrow night (the itinerary was booked a month ago). From the perspective of the process, the customer service attitude was very positive, but from the results, it was of no use at all. The hotel's attitude was very tough and they did not allow cancellation. It seems that I can only admit that I am unlucky!
