We had a lovely stay at the Kensington Prime Hotel. Even though the room was a bit smaller than expected, they were clean and comfy. The only downside was the breakfast area, it was too small for the amount of guests staying there and some people had to wait, not very welcoming or organized.

Nice hotel in great location with pleasant staff. Stayed here before and very happy. Breakfast was pleasant. The hotel has nice touches.

This is a small hotel (about 14 rooms?) with TINY guest rooms. The pictures don't show how small they are. I was travelling solo with a large suitcase, and the room was just enough space for me, with my suitcase taking up half of the bed. With 2 people, it would be miserable. Impossible to have 2 people with 2 suitcases in the same room. The finishes were nice, but very much like a flipped house--pull too hard and you might dislodge a poorly-attached installation (like the bracket holding the hand-held shower wand). The toilet paper holder was broken and they didn't attempt to fix it, just put the roll on the vanity counter. The TV remote didn't work, and instead of notifying staff and inviting them into my tiny room, after I had deconstructed for the night, I just went without the TV. And the linens were cleaned, but looked like they could have been laundered better. The included breakfast was actually the best I had at about 7 different hotel restaurants I stayed at between England and Italy. GREAT location, just around the corner from Kensington High Street's many shops, restaurants, and bus lines. One a quiet and safe street. Overall, this hotel was a nice, seemingly family-owned joint, but do not go in expecting luxury.

Gli unici lati positivi dell’hotel sono il personale gentile e la zona in cui si trova, tranquilla e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto, ma per tutto il resto direi che è un grande NO!
Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con finestra e quando siamo arrivati la finestra c’era MA ERA BLOCCATA, quindi 4 notti senza mai poterla aprire!!
La doccia era senza una tenda o una porta, dunque ogni volta che veniva utilizzata il bagno si trasformava in una palude!
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una poltrona con un piede traballante che il giorno dopo è completamente crollato, dunque siamo rimasti senza poltrona su cui poterci sedere.
Nella stanza a disposizione c’erano latte, caffè e thè, peccato che il latte fosse scaduto da ben 15 giorni!
Carta igienica, bagnoschiuma e shampoo non sono mai stati riforniti!
Stanza veramente molto rumorosa, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze.
Colazione scarsa e, per di più, nella stanza ogni mattina c’era una puzza di cibo davvero sgradevole!!
