From the moment we arrived at the Assembly we were made feel so welcome. All of the staff we met with went above and beyond to provide excellent service and I really appreciated it. The location is so central and it makes an ideal family friendly base for exploring London. We will definitely be back!

Very professional staff helping out with the self check in system. Rooftop bar gave a stunning view over London, we tried the fries and halloumi fries. The honey mustard sauce was fantastic. The bed was insanely comfortable. The only thing I would say is that we paid extra for a room with a window that didn’t open up. This could just be something that’s normal in London though so not enough to dock any stars.

This hotel is in a very good location. Turn right and walk a street to the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, and Bookstore Street next to it. Go up to Big Ben and Wes**inster Abbey. Turn right and you will reach Chinatown. Across the street is Picardilly's Leicester Station. I went straight to Picardilly from Heathrow. Chinatown is connected to Covent Garden and Soho, and Picardilly Circus, Regent Street, and Oxford Street are all very close. It is similar to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in Shanghai. The hotel room is quite small. I booked a room with a window. The space is larger than I expected, but there is no TV. The washbasin is also very small, which is not convenient for washing face and brushing teeth. Their front desk attitude is quite good. Several young people are receptionists. The overall price-performance ratio is good. The location is convenient.

The room is very small, maybe less than 5 square meters. The hotel reception is in a corridor. There is only a bed behind the door and no windows. It is completely dark during the day. Pros:
1. very good location
2. the front desk is good and helped me with my issues.
Cons:
1. i was given the room on the level 2
2. the room is very small
3. the toilets are nice but very small. No places to put any toiletries
4. there are no facilities if you need them, only a roof restaurant and bar that opens at 4pm onwards.

Very nice hotel! Good location and convenient transportation. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding the average level of local hotels!
