From the moment we arrived at the Assembly we were made feel so welcome. All of the staff we met with went above and beyond to provide excellent service and I really appreciated it. The location is so central and it makes an ideal family friendly base for exploring London. We will definitely be back!

Very professional staff helping out with the self check in system. Rooftop bar gave a stunning view over London, we tried the fries and halloumi fries. The honey mustard sauce was fantastic. The bed was insanely comfortable. The only thing I would say is that we paid extra for a room with a window that didn’t open up. This could just be something that’s normal in London though so not enough to dock any stars.

這家酒店位子非常好，出門右轉走一條馬路就是國家美術館，也是特拉法加廣場，旁邊書店街，往上走大本鐘，西敏寺就到了。出門右轉幾步就到中國城了，馬路對面幾步就是Picardilly的Leicester站，我從希思羅出來直接picardilly就到了。中國城接着Covent Garden和Soho，picaddilly circus, 攝政街，牛津街都很近的，類似上海的南京路步行街的地段。酒店房間挺小的，我定的有窗户的房間，空間比想象的大，但沒有電視，洗手枱也特別小，洗臉刷牙不方便。他們前台態度蠻好的，幾個年輕人接待，總體性價比不錯，看中地段方便。

房間非常小，可能衹有5平方不到，酒店前台就在一個走廊，房間門🚪進去衹有一張床，而且沒有窗户，白天都是全黑暗，跟描述完全不一樣，還沒入住我就直接走了，酒店前台也不給我退房和退錢，大家要小心不要入住這家欺騙消費者的破酒店。

Pros:
1. very good location
2. the front desk is good and helped me with my issues.
Cons:
1. i was given the room on the level 2
2. the room is very small
3. the toilets are nice but very small. No places to put any toiletries
4. there are no facilities if you need them, only a roof restaurant and bar that opens at 4pm onwards.
