The hotel is pretty good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the room is a bit old, there is no air conditioning and no exhaust. I felt a bit of odor when I first entered. It was better after opening the window for ventilation, but sometimes the noise was a bit loud. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, close to the British Museum and Russell Square.

Very nice hotel. Clean room with a nice and clean updated bathroom and separate toilet. Updated tv. Nice beds soft but firm. Bagage keeping service. Waterfilter on the ground floor easy to use (has roomtemp, cold, fine bubbles or sparkling water) little snackbar/minimart 24/7 unmanned. Had a bar and a restaurant. Location is top otch. Next to underground transportation had a 24/7 tesco express in the neighbourhood. A shopping mall with a lot of restaurants (affordable) and shops.

It's a nice hotel. We tried to walk there just to explore London from Buckingham Palace. It's so far by walk but that's our decision to try. The hotel is beautiful and the room is so clean. The only issue we had was tv can't show football station as it kept asking us to login to wifi. I also feel the twin beds are small. I mean, I work with Marriott Hotel and had worked with Pullman hotel Dubai. Our beds are bigger than that. You can hardly
turn if you're fleshy. 😆 Every hotel with its peculiarities, anyway.
It's a nice stay. I'll go there again.

The bed in the single room is pitifully small, but the single room does not affect the overall value for money. The breakfast is great

This is not the first time I’ve stayed here and as always the rooms were clean and tidy. Only downside the general ladies toilets were out of order and they had only 1 toilet in use in a hotel room.

This was the second time staying at this Hotel. Sadly, this experience was not as good as the first. I asked for a quiet room and was told it was what I had but as soon as we got in there the noise started. There was works going on at the Hotel which I had not been informed about on check in. Had this not been the case, my score would have been higher as you cannot fault the breakfast, so much to choose from and the Staff are all polite. friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again though as it is excellent value for money.
