There is no hairdryer, you can borrow it from the front desk. Every time you take a shower, water splashes everywhere and wets the shower room. The water pressure of the shower head is very low. Good breakfast

The hotel was in the middle of London, 7 minutes walk from Waterloo station, and 10 minutes from the London Eye. Super central! Hotel room a bit small but clean, very friendly staff, and everything clean. Breakfast was really great and very extensive. Checking out before 12 noon was great too! We will definitely come back!

Room is so so. The check in policy said check in at 2pm and I arrived at 2pm, but front desk lady said check in time is 4pm at the beginning, then she said 3pm, so I have to wait at lobby. But I saw someone after me checked in successfully. I don’t know why I have to wait so long.

Very central hotel with a very filling English breakfast. It doesn't vary from day to day, but there is an all-you-can-eat buffet of bread, beans, bacon, roasted tomatoes, scrambled eggs, a mix of pasta and fruits, milk, yogurt, etc.
For us, the only drawback is that they don't make the rooms. You can ask for your towels and tea to be changed and in that case, they will remove the trash; but the beds no day.

The location of the hotel is very good. The bus stop downstairs is accessible to all of London. It is within walking distance from Waterloo Railway Station. The breakfast is also good. It is recommended to book!
