In the center of the city center, it is walking distance from green park, buckingham palace, and Piccadilly Circus. There are many restaurants and shops around. The only thing is that the room is a bit old

Excellent location where underground station nearby and restaurants are available everywhere. The room is clean and generally the staff are nice and helpful.
The only thing disappointed me was that my son had asked for the checkout time at the night before and the lady told him it could be made to 1:00pm. However, I just received a call from the hotel at 11:50pm that I should checkout at 12:00. I was just on my way back to hotel and I had to rush back for the checkout with an elderly.

Fab hotel- perfect location too for shopping in Regent Street and zoxfird Street, seeing top shows in wonderful theatres and such a variety of eatery places.
Lovely old original pubs full of nostalgia.

Decent hotel, great service.
Started poor when we were given a sub standard room, when we'd paid for an upgrade !
However, this was quickly rectified and everything was first class.
We were given a much better room and the weekend was lovely.

I have no complaints bar 2 things. firstly the maid tried to enter the room when it was barred. pretty forcefully and no calling out. Second I was asked about an upgrade to a penthouse and a bottle of prosecco but neither occurred and without telling me in advance. Otherwise its a great hotel made special by the wonderful staff.

Lovely hotel, great central location within walking distance to the Ritz, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus etc. We liked the fact that it was off the main busy roads too. Would definitely stay here again.
