Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Location was incredible and the main reason we will return. Property is in good condition, nothing above and beyond but certainly a comfortable room. Lovely to have a small kitchenette as well. This property to us was all about being in Chelsea right off Kings Rd.

I had stayed at the property before but in another flat. The one I stayed in this time was not properly cleaned/ dusty - there was missing bathroom tiles, the shower drain was broken, water damage to the floor around the kitchen, the bed sheets were spotty. Great location, but the property was awful.

Ideal place, clean, the negative points for an 'apartment' are that it lacked equipment, no dishcloths, no wipes to clean our table and kitchen area, no paper towels, no spare emptying bag, no mop or vacuum cleaner, we stayed for 5 days and it was difficult to clean our space, I still recommend this establishment, very clean and safe area.

The Apartments at Chelsea were in an awesome location, on a quiet residential street. We felt very safe in the entire area surrounding it. The Sloane Square Station was a quick 5 minute walk. Dining, shopping, and a grocery store all within a quick walk too. The actual apartment was very well “loved” and a little tired. However, it had all the amenities we needed and was in such a good location, we weren’t bothered by it. The queen bed mattress is very much in need of being replaced. These apartments do not have an elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs-we were on the 4th floor! We would definitely stay here again. We loved the area.

We spent 2 nights in London. Better instructions needed for check in , we arrived at the same time as others and we all didn't realize there was an outer and inner door to each unit. The lock box is inside the first door. Apartment was small which was fine but some amenities listed were missing, no coffee maker and no toaster oven. The carpet was in rough shape with lots of stains, it also wasn't vacuumed very well. The kitchen didn't have any oven mitts or a cloth/sponge for washing dishes. Just a dirty sponge under the counter which I didn't use. Only clock in the apartment didn't work. Tv had no channels. Limited toiletries for 3 people. Liked that laundry facilities were available. Some coat hooks inside the door would have come in handy. Most apartments we've rented on holiday come with bottled water. The lady doing the laundry was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of many attractions.

We booked the apar**ent for 4 people. 1 bed in a bedroom and 1 sofa bed. the bed is good, however no sheets for the sofa bed and when we unfolded it, an extra thin mattress and the structure was broken.
We tried to call the emergency line, no answer. we found a cleaning lady on the ground floor (very nice) who gave us sheets but no solution to repair the sofa bed. so we spent the first night on the floor. the manager came the next morning and certified us to do what was necessary to repair it. very basic repair which did not last the last day. In short we had 5 bad nights. A simple click clack at 400 euros would have done the trick!! we paid relatively much and we thought we would sleep well. a commercial gesture would have been welcome, it’s still shameful.
too bad because the apar**ent was good and very well located.

The property was on a beautiful street in a very nice location. The apartment itself needed a bit of love, but overall was nicely modern and everything worked.

The wifi was not working half the time we were there. It's not the fault of the owner though but the internet provider. Having a kitchen was convenient.
