Bulgari Hotel London

The brand of Bulgari should be well-known. The image of luxury brand is imprinted in our mind. However: 1. When the taxi arrived at the Bulgari Hotel in London, there was no bellboy at the door to pick up the luggage. The taxi driver was also confused. We waited for 2 minutes but no one came. 2. When we arrived at the room, we wanted to boil water. As for how to use the kettle, 3 people didn't know. It was a waste of time and energy. Not very professional! 3. Credit cards cannot be used, so we have to pay the deposit in cash. I have stayed at the Ritz Hotel and the Belmont Hotel in Cadogan in London before, and they can be used normally. It's so embarrassing. 4. As a luxury hotel, there are no small gifts or souvenirs when leaving. We don't want small gifts, but the user experience is not in line with the luxury brand, and the whole process is incomplete. The overall service level is great except for the restaurant (when I eat breakfast, the restaurant receptionist can call me by my name), and the rest still needs to be improved. No wonder the score is not high. In addition, the green plants in Figure 4 are a bit simple. Luxury hotels must be full of flowers.

The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin). However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua

Perfect hotel, first choice in London!

This time I came to London and stayed at the Magnificent, the Fragmented Shangri-La, the Horse Guards and the Bulgari. The rooms in this 1,500-pound hotel had no highlights at all. I really felt like I was paying an IQ tax! Moreover, the air conditioner was very noisy, there was dust on the table, and even the pens had no refills. Several others have their own characteristics. Bulgari is not recommended.
