Horribly Unclean, Please Don’t Stay Here. I stayed here for one night from 8th-9th July 2023. Unfortunately the room was very unclean, toilet paper and a shower gel stuck between the gap in the window?! Dirt on the shelving area and tissue paper on the floor? Do you have a cleaner, because if you do, they need sacking. Not worth the £50 I paid to stay here, it was tiny too, like staying in a prison cell!!

This is NOT a hotel it is more like a prison cell, the bed was hard the shower was tiny the toilet was outside the room, this room was not big enough for 3 people you couldnt even fit 3 people in the room how this is called a hotel indo not know! More like an experience in a prison! We didnt even stay here we paid more money out for another hotel down the road which was absolutely brilliant! DO NOT BOOK HERE TO STAY!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, for the price you will think you’ll be getting something good. Pictures were not how the place looked. To be honest this place looked like a prison, smell was awful, bed was broken. Had to leave as soon as possible and booked another hotel. Lost money but couldn’t stay here at all!!!!

I always believe you have to show your kids how hard life really is. So we came to the famed Hartley for a scared straight type of vibe. Boy did they deliver my kids haven’t said one word in the last month complaining about anything. Thank you to the good counselors at the Hartley.
