was given a free upgrade to the suite room. however, the room was the set up for 3. had to run back and forth. nevertheless, staff was really friendly (-: would stay again!

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, there is a big shopping mall nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby. The room was given to the inner courtyard, and the window could not be opened for ventilation. Moreover, we booked for one night, but there was no hot water that night. The family of three could only wash their faces and feet with cold water. This corresponds to a room rate of more than 2,000 yuan. It is very speechless

The room was big, enough for our family of three, and clean. There were slippers, which was very helpful as we didn't have them in other hotels in the UK. There was also a kitchen so we were able to make something.
Another nice service was the free laundry.
The towels, bathrobes and slippers were not replaced on the second day, which was a bit disappointing and took points off the list.

Location of hotel is near few underground stations, easily accessible and walkable.
Cleaniness of the hotel is average, not exceptional. On our check-in there are flying insects.
Service was almost non-present other than a rather seamless check-in and out process. Calls to front desk are often put on hold or unreachable. When requested for bedroom slippers and dental kits they are not followed up. We’re told that they would be sent up but no one reached out after. And we had to go to the front desk to ask again.
Amenities are rather poor. Room is old, and room thermal heater is not working. For the duration of our 5 nights stay, they were out of dental kits and we were told to go to the supermarkets across the street to get them. Bathroom slippers were also out, and only given a pair on day 2, when we had 3 of us in the room.

It is very close to the Imperial College Baicheng campus and can be reached by walking. There is a station at the door, making it more convenient to take a bus. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets around, making shopping life very convenient.
