Talk about the bad first! Hygiene: You have to stay for seven nights before someone can do hygiene! Sheets were stained. There are black spots on the towel, and there are small insects on the carpet that itch. In terms of hardware: the building is considered new, and the decoration is also considered new, but there are also many flaws. There is no air conditioner, there are as many fans as there are rooms. Only open windows and blow fans in summer. Convenient configuration: All bath products, any daily necessities that you can imagine will be given to you in a normal hotel, all need to be purchased by yourself. Some kitchen utensils are installed and left enough and cannot cook properly. Reservation: Make sure that adults must be 25 years old to make an appoin**ent. If you are under the age of 25, you must apply for occupancy with your parents. Appoin**ents were slow and emails came and went, and Trip.com didn't help much either. Talk about the benefits! Location: It is about 5 minutes away from the Cross Habour DLR station. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to the canary waft. There are two supermarkets nearby. Accessories: There is a washing machine with dry laundry function. There is a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Scenery: The scenery is not bad if you look at the riverside. All in all, the price/performance ratio is definitely cheaper than hotels in the same area, and the space is very spacious. But it's more troublesome if you can't tolerate hygiene problems.

I recently stayed at Cover Court and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Over time, this short-stay apartment has steadily declined in quality and cleanliness, making it far from ideal, especially for families with children. One of the major issues is the apartment's cleaning policy. If your stay is less than nine days, there is no cleaning service provided. Furthermore, no equipment or supplies are offered for guests to clean the apartment themselves. This policy results in an increasingly untidy and unhygienic living space, which is particularly problematic for families who need a clean and safe environment for their kids. During our stay, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly maintained. The rugs were stained, the walls as well and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt It's disheartening to see what was once a promising and comfortable accommodation option fall into such a state. The management needs to urgently address these cleanliness and maintenance issues to prevent further decline and to ensure guest satisfaction. Until these problems are resolved, I would advise potential guests, especially those traveling with children, to look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.

We booked a 2 room apartment for 2 days opposite the office we work at. The apartment was clean, convenient, and very secure with great facilities. The only slight downside was the booking in process which was advertised as contactless check in, needed to be done upon arrival with a receptionist. They were ever so nice and helpful though.

Appartment is dirty, there was stil construction tape on the bathroom floor. It has not been cleaned before we arrived. The receptionist was really friendly and trying to help within her limits, but could only do so much. Stay was not in the booked building. Strange noises - claiming it is from the elevator or vents, but it sounds like a monotone deep beat. Overall good area. They actually take deposit from account instead of blocking it from your creditcard. There is better places for same or even less $$$ spent in Loondon.

The flats are nicely sized and clean. Quick access to both the tube and UberBoats at Canary Wharf. It's a nice, quiet and modern neighborhood. The only downside in the summer is that the flat heats up quickly and it's a bit tricky airing it out as the wind makes it difficult to keep the windows open. However, the property manager provided extra fans when asked and that was definitely a plus.

The area is very good. Poor communication from the property accommodating our arrival, request for river view snd assistance with excessive heat in the unit. With no AC and no service here it’s not a place we would ever stay again. Considering we stayed a week they couldn’t even provide an extra roll of toilet paper or paper towel. Carpet dirty, washer instructions written in Chinese. When contacted they really didn’t care about the horrible heat in the unit or really any thing else. Truly a place that doesn’t care once they get your money,

We had a very bad experience with this hotel, day before our arrival they asked us to send our ID for security reasons along with our pics, it was strange but we did even we have foreigner first names. One hour later we recived a cancellation e-mail explaining that the apartments have been afected by a leak and hence our booking was cancelled. *********** explained that this hotel apply overbooking to rent the flats for the more paying! we were shocked by such behaviours since we are stiil convinced that racism is on behind such cancellation as well.
Response from Property: We are very sorry that you had a last minute cancellation. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
