It was just okay. There was no water bottles in the room and took a while to connect to chromecast. The floors are not super well labelled and a little confusing. Kettle was not cleaned when I checked. Would stay again because of location only.

This is the most unsatisfactory and the worst time I have stayed in so many hotels around the world. This time it was prepaid for four nights. First of all, on the first morning, we specially waited in the lobby for cleaning; although we had asked the front desk to tell the housekeeper to deal with it first, after asking the front desk three times, we had to wait for more than two hours before the cleaning was completed.
In addition, because my daughter was sick, I wanted to check out one day early and refund the last day's rent. However, despite Ctrip's efforts, I also wrote a letter to the store manager, but I couldn't get it.
Besides, the sheets in the room are old and yellowed, which is really unbearable.
But the area around Shadian is okay.

I helped a friend book a hotel. The front desk service attitude was excellent and the cleaning was average. On the day of check-out, I told them to cover up my check-out. At about 12 o'clock at noon, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and opened it directly.
