AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION. I booked via *********** this apar**ent for Spanish friends currently staying with us and wanted to go to London at half-term. Booking this apar**ent was a BIG mistake and a huge disappoin**ent. We had booked for 2 Adults, 1 x 6 year old and a 16 week old baby. For 1 room, they didn't require additional beds or cot, happy just to sleep in the one bed. However, on arriving they were told they had to pay an additional £25 per head and per night per child (yes, including a 16 week old baby, unbelievable) because they said "the accommodation was only for 2 Adults". Wrong, that was not what I had booked. The booking that was made, in good faith, included the two very young children. The booking was accepted and paid for, nothing else said. The joke was, once the additional £150 was paid the family rightly asked for a bigger bed, otherwise what was the point of paying extra. BUT that was not forthcoming either. Some excuse regarding fire regulations, funny that was mentioned as an afterthought when such a ridiculous situation arose. So, a terrible company to deal with, ripped off for £150 extra, or leave, that was pretty much the outcome. The moral of this story is AVOID altogether "Courtfield Studios". We won't be going back and we won't be booking via "***********" again. You get ripped off once only. A terrible experience all round.
