Have to say, we did not live in the hotel, because we was ill at that time. So we had to change the trip plan. And we had a discussion about cancelling the booking in advance. But the hotel rejected it. It was a pity, because we put forward our situation couple of days ago, which was just one day or two days after the day we booked it in the website.
And we searched a piece of information on google map, which said there were some bugs in this hotel.

Amazing location, and good size for London. I was staying here with just my two sons and we felt very safe in the area. Size was good for what we paid, and being in one of the rooms at the back it was very quiet, despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square. Would definitely stay there again.

Shabby, poorly equipped, nothing like the nice shiny photographs. No hot water from kitchen and shower room taps. Hard plastic chair x1, iron board useless. Cheaply done and cheaply kitted out such as there was. No response from contact information.

The room was tiny and not what i was expecting, I feel i was totally misguided as to the room we would get and the room we got.The bed was pressed up against a wall on 1 side with about 6 inches of space on the other making it difficult to get out of.There was a fold up table with only 1 chair ,the sink in the shower room was tiny .Not my best experience of staying in an apartment and ive stayed in many .

Awful place. Bed soft and comfortable.No air con. The room was ridiculously hot. Electric fan provided was just noisy and ineffective. Studio situated on the top floor and access by stairs only. My biggest concern was that in the event of a fire on the lower floors there was is no secondary means of escape.
2 out of 10 at best!

Don't expect Savoy in terms of standard. But: if you are looking for a very central alternative at OK prices, this is a good solution. Direct underground from Heathrow. Lots of people and walking distance to what you want to experience on a weekend.
Nice and clean. A small minus for a warm room.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
Very easy process to access the apartment only problem was the room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was very noisy and outlet pipe to it was broken … other than that we had no complaints.
