The first stay was perfect. The floor was high and the location was good. The second stay was low. I was woken up by noise one night, but a white girl was very nice and took the trouble to help solve it.

Service: The front desk will greet you and help you get things every day when they see you. They are very enthusiastic ❤️
Facilities: Bathing facilities and interior decoration are very modern and new, very good
Environment: Very close to several stations, just a short walk or two steps away, good location
Hygiene: It is cleaned very clean every day and will use a vacuum cleaner to check with the manager. High praise

This hotel has a bit of an industrial feel. The room is quite large and warm. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very efficient and does not waste time. Overall, I am satisfied. As for the location, I think it is pretty good everywhere. Convenient, you can walk or take a taxi to the must-visit attractions

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it.
Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank.
We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location).
Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.
