The hotel upgraded to a suite for free. It is very worth it for the price in London! You can rest assured that the heating will be very warm when you stay.

Great views flat. Good amenities around and tube station not far away, Liverpool st just 16min away walk. The furniture is a bit dated. What made this experience not to be the best is the shower water pressure is so Lowe that is almost impossible to have a proper shower . Shame as the views of the flat and location is perfect.

Great place to stay for a few days in London walking distance to tower bridge perfect metro connection apar**ent had a great view and was clean and tidy staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and were very helpfull

The reception staff always had a smile as you went in or out of the building. The apar**ent was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. We were within easy reach of tube stations and bus routes. You couldn’t ask for more
