Marlin Apartments London Bridge - Empire Square

great location. apt is less than 5 mins walk from borough tube station and 15 mins walk to borough market. there is a tesco supermarket just below the apt and a chinese takeaway round the corner. love the pub just beside borough tube station. apt is clean and equipped with the requires items like washing machine, oven, microwave and pots and pans. very convenient and great choice for a long stay even

in London you has many choices for this price!! room and equipment all very run down.

Murugan was amazing throughout our 3 month stay, he always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and attended to any problems we encountered, even at 3am! Always greeted us with a massive smile on his face and will definitely be returning :)))) Once again a massive thank you to Murugan for making our stay amazing!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is in terrible condition, the hallways have holes in the walls, peeling paint, and a wet moldy smell. The rooms are not much better. The room we were given had a microwave that would short circuit when using it, a fridge that was warm, dirty and smelly, the knob on the heater was broken and the washing machine had large amounts of mold. When we spoke to reception about this, they showed us 3 more rooms of the same poor standard. We gave them ample chance to give us a room of the standard advertised on this website and all the rooms were in the same condition; moldy washing machines, broken appliances, wet mold smells etc. With a 4 month old baby, we simply couldn't stay there, store breastmilk safely, or use any of the appliances for baby bottles/cleaning etc. We came to the inevitable decision to stay elsewhere. We attempted to be civil and pay half of the stay and get the remainder refunded, they reimbursed us only for the one night we stayed, and refused to reimburse the rest, despite offering rooms of seriously poor standards.

I spent 3 months at Marlin Apartments on a work secondment, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Murugan at reception was especially helpful in accommodating my requests when altering my booking and storing luggage. Additionally, the location is very central and the apartment is quite spacious.

Wow. This is one of the finest places to be. Superb and Top-notch Apartment. Extremely clean, great location and easy to access almost all the tourist sites in central london. Closer to convenient shops. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and so helpful. Malavika in particular is exceptional. She checked on us to plan our trip. She helped to arrange earlier check in which was much needed. I am certainly coming back the next time I am in London

A good stay although the condition of the apartment wasn’t as expected. The fridge smelt and curtains broken.

Marlin apartment was on of a kind experience had done booking online and was amazed with the friendly staff especially Mr Murugan & Mr Raza they went a way out of there scope to help us guide us go around and to access the places to visit in London
