A very, very, very bad hotel. I have stayed in this hotel with so many family members in London. This is the worst hotel. The service staff are very tough. They will lose things when they stay here. They are a bunch of thieves. Avoid lightning and lightning. Do not book this hotel. , whoever decides will regret it

The hotel is very clean and looks very comfortable. The guy at the front desk is very handsome~ He even gave me a cute little duck! The room is average in size and can accommodate two suitcases. The location is behind the Four Seasons Hotel. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tower of London. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Great location close to the tower. Nice, clean and sound-proof rooms. Very friendly and supportive personnel. Improvement is the sleeping sofa (we had a family room) which is very soft for an adult, and that they have charged my credit card after online early check-in even though I have already paid via Trip.com

Apart from the small size of the room, the washroom and desktop are still very clean. The washroom is spacious. Overall, it’s a bit crowded for two people to live in. There are several restaurants around after a few minutes of walking, especially a breakfast restaurant with a view of Tower Bridge. ,very nice. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the security of the neighborhood is not bad.
