Hub by Premier Inn London Tower Bridge

Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. Pillows a bit hard. The rooms are small but good lighting and a dressing table and chair. The bathroom was clean - great shower. The only issue was there was no where to hang your used towel. We had to drape ours over the shower door. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast is BRILLIANT value - £6 per head for a continental breakfast with delicious coffee. Such a great location for the tower bridge/monument tube stations and for the Tower of London and Abba Voyage. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at the Hub! Very close to Tower Hill station, fantastic and friendly staff (massive shout out to Angela for being so welcoming and accomodating to us! You made our check in fast and flawless and left us with a smile ☺️). Rooms are small but comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay - thanks all!

2nd time staying here 30th May , we said it was my birthday and was greated with flowers, chocolate and prosecco and balloons when we came back in the evening after taking in the sights, room was adequate for the one night, you can stay longer if space isnt a problem ,very friendly staff, thank you, Angela,Alice and Brigitte x

Stayed at the tower bridge hub for two nights on business. Couldn’t have asked for more. I knew the room would be compact and small but the functionality was first class. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast at £6 for all you can eat was incredible value. Location was excellent and although next to a busy road the soundproofing was incredible. If I’m working in the city again I will definitely stay again, it’s next to the river so lovely for an evening walk etc.

What a great place! Centrally located, 5 minutes from the tube station, plenty of nice places to go to on foot. Staff were all very friendly and kind. The room is modern and has everything you need, an excellent shower too. Cannot fault this place and will be back when in London. Well done.
