A large number of mirrors are used throughout the room to create a sense of space. Unfortunately, all the mirrors except the bathroom have many stains. The water pressure in the bath is very low and thinner than the faucet, which is very dissatisfying.

The room is not big, and there is a bus stop at the door, but when we go out, we still need UBER or the subway. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a supermarket nearby. You can buy something in the supermarket a day in advance for breakfast. Because I used the car on my first day out, I put my subway card in another coat pocket. When I went back in the evening, the subway card in my pocket was gone. After I contacted the front desk, the result was as expected. So it feels a little bad.

Anhelina was my server at the Shakedown restaurant and was awesome, food excellent too, both for breakfast and dinner. Hotel is really nice, just around h to r corner from Tower Bridge but a block out of the way so it is quiet. Definitely recommend

The hotel was exceptional for us and the rooms were definitely to our liking. We ate at the restaurant and Anhelina and she was really good to us! She had attention to detail and was knowledgeable on the menu and offered great suggestions which made our experience great!

Very cozy environment, nice music and superb quality in the food and drinks. Lina offered a great service, she was very attentive of our needs without being intrusive . Value for money was great as well. On the other hand I would have appreciated if the hotel had selected a better venue to offer the afternoon tea as we were having it in the hotels canteen together with hotel guests which undermines the overall experience

Angelina and Joseph are Aamzing! They made the best Cosmopolitan on this planet! We had such amazing conversations at the bar and they are absolutely incredible people to hang out with! If you are here, look for them! You will be guaranteed to have a fabulous time!
