I'm a very frequent traveller.
This hotel is a scam.
It's listed as 5 star and it doesn't even qualify as 3 star.
There is no person to take your luggage up to the room when you arrive and when you decide to check out.
The rooms are tiny and barley can fit your suitcase when it is open.
The bathroom basins are blocked and i was told that they just need time to drain.
The hotel in general smells.
Do NOT book, unless you want a really unpleasant stay. As the 5 stars is false advertising.

The location is good, around 10 min walk to Paddington train station, so around 30 min to the Heathrow airport.
The hotel is very small, small room, small corridor. No wonder the price is a bit cheaper. doesn't seem to be 4 stars hotel.

Had a comfortable stay in central London. Room was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave and a mini fridge. Found the bathroom bit tight as I’m on the larger side. Rooms had noise coming from other rooms using loo or shower.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Would recommend if you want to stay central and just use the room to sleep.

Had a confirmed booking through agency and reconfirmed it over phone. Upon arrival the already terribly slow receptionist said I should go around the corner to their sister hotel, apparently the hotel I booked had maintanence issues. When I arrived at sister hotel they basically said they didn’t have a room for me. No help in finding another solution (this is 8pm). Very very unreliable - definitely stay away!!! (I ended up paying double in another hotel in the area) my colleague that booked for same day had the same issue!
