倫敦酒店通病，貴而小，非常普通的酒店，但是總體安靜睡的還可以。早飯普通能湊合, 酒店服務還算可以，問了都會很nice的幫你解答。

Great location with various eateries and groceries nearby. Close to train station and buses. comfortable and clean room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Carpet was a little sticky in room when we arrived but it got better after housekeeping came twice.

房間尺寸是可以的，但是前台和用餐服務很差，酒店搞錯亂收費，給前台打電話詢問去，全部都是甩鍋，至今都為你有收到退款，印象非常差勁！

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service from the staff was incredible, so thoughtful and kind. The room wasn’t ready for check in time unfortunately. The hotel is beautifully designed. I will definitely be back.

As we arrived staff greeted us, and were very helpful. Check in was easy.
Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and everything we needed, including soft robes.
Pool was nice a little cold but the hot tub was very warm so very much enjoyed. Again all areas were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was OK, some bits were alittle cold, but the chef cooked me poached eggs to perfection, and was a good range of cereals, pastries.
All in all a very good stay and hope to go back

Very welcoming staff particularly all at front desk. It was a special occasion for my wife and I and they were so kind to upgrade us. They made the whole stay so wonderful. Special shout out for Ovi, Andrew and Rabiha. 10 out of 10! We'll definitely be back again!

Great warm reception by all staff and particular thanks to Lara Duda in the spa who gave us a very warm welcome and making my daughter’s birthday memorable. All the hotel staff we encountered were friendly helpful and extremely professional. Breakfast selection was excellent. Spa facilities were very clean as was our bathroom and hotel room. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working and steam room door didn’t close properly so maintenance needed to fix these issues but this was the only criticism of an otherwise excellent stay.
