The location is good for sightseeing of many famous scenes. The staff are also helpful, though the room is small. It is OK for short stay purpose.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Londres.
La chambre est très petite plus que vieillotte, la salle de bain (avec wc) est de la taille d'un placard traces de moisissures de rouilles tuyaux de douche défectueux. Nous sommes restés 5 jours le ménage n'a pas été fait du tout, le lit jamais fait une seule fois deux serviettes propres ont été déposées sur le lit après notre plainte auprès du receptionniste. Nous n'avons bénéficié d'un seul petit rouleau de papier toilette.
Les réceptionnistes très "fuyants"se succédaient...
Le tout pour un montant de plus de 200 € par nuits. Etablissement à éviter à tout prix.

Room was too small. Television was rubbish. Smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag.
No plug in bathroom sink. No breakfast facility. Room was so small that the double bed took up all the space with just a little channel on one side to get in and out of bed.

I apologize to write poor of a room. But this was a disaster from moment one, the booking system was poor, the customer service even more so and the facilities would be passable if it wasn't on par cost wise with other, much better hotels.. Don't do it.

Room was clean and smelt clean (which is important) if your looking for a spacious big room I wouldn’t recommend. This room is okay if your happy for a room on the smaller side. Bathroom was clean as well as the bedding. The room was a comfortable temperature. Very pleased with the price we paid!

Hotel rooms in poor condition and some members of the staff very rude. I stayed 5 dias and only 2 the room was cleaned. I booked here because a las time change and it was really disgusting. Affordable price should not be a synonymous of bad attention and terrible facilities.

The property is v well located. My bathroom had a very bad smell coming out of the shower drain
