The room was just big enough for a three quarter bed up against the wall so if one had to go during the night it would mean waking up the partner,when I asked for a different room that had space around the bed I was told the hotel was full so I asked for my money back and miraculously another room was suddenly found with space unfortunately it was about a meter above a tube line also there is a massive building site twenty meters away with heavy machines. Not the best experience even for London

The staff is very nice. The rooms are as clean as they could possibly be HOWEVER the rooms are tiny. Smallest room we stayed in over the course of 2 weeks and 5 countries. We only stayed for a night which is all I would have been able to tolerate. The stairs are also Dr Suess-esq so be ready to carry your bags in a very awkward stairwell.

This was my second time staying at The Crestfield Hotel and my stay was pleasant. The everyday room cleaning was excellent and I really appreciate having both still and sparkling water and biscuits.
Will come back for sure
