What a dump. Firstly, the room had not been cleaned, bed was unmade, dirty towels etc. It was late when I got to the room so reception was unattended and i basically had to sleep in someone elses dirty sheets.. The room itself was tiny. The bathroom door couldn't open fully because the bed was in the way. The sink was almost on top of the toilet so you had to fold yourself in half to sit down. The shelf, which was the only bit of flat storage in the room was propped up at one end by the radiator. One minor, but sadly funny issue was the wallpaper on the second landing. It was meant to be a library print with pictures of books but it had been put on upside down so all the books were defying gravity. I would not stay here again. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for £436. The price was OK but the rooms were just terrible.

Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable. Excellent Cleanliness and Maintenance. Rooms were comfy and the facility was well-maintained.Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great Location and value for Money. Overall Satisfied and definitely will be part of my itinerary in the next trip.

The website shows a photo of a breakfast spread and mentions under the rooms that breakfast is available but when we got there and asked, they told us they don’t do breakfast. We had booked a quad room that suggested it had 2 double beds but they were not full doubles only small doubles, so very small and meant we had dreadful nights sleep. It was also advertised to have usb sockets , there were none so if you don’t take a plug for that reason, you’ll be stuck.

One of the best hotel I have staed in London. They had an amazing staff who looked after you all your stay. Beds were comfortable and it was super clean with a great ambience. Would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting London. Will give it a visit whenever am in London

The staff at reception was some of the the nicest staff I have encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly.The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the best hotel I stayed in. Staff were polite and very helpful. Clean and comfortable stay. Amazing location with access to everything needed. Will be visiting everytime am in London. We got early check in as our flight was in morning.

Me and my friend stay here for three days. This is the first day. The room is dirty on wall. (Brown spots) The light is lousy and we can't see anything in the room. There is almost totalt dark. We have to use the light from the very small bathroom. It pulls from the window directly in our heads and its very cold when we sleep. The wifi doesn’t work! It sats wrong password. We have tried several times yesterday and today. We asked for help just now, but he said it was because of the weather (but we can easily find the name of the wifi, and it has very good signal). After he says it doesn’t work at all? But the wifi name is still showing up correctly. So NO HELP at all!! We ask for discount, bit he rolls his eyes and ignore us and were not kindly. We still want some discount if you see this!! The only positive we have to say is that we got a duvet ekstra (we only have one for to persons) and we got new towels toddy. We can’t recommend this place!

Very dated. Duty walls, dirty teaspoon. Wire from ceiling. Corner of wall by window had no plaster. Obvious damp or leak before not painted. Closed the window & handle came off in my hand. Only two small pieces of soap, no other toiletries as per pictures. Only half a toilet roll. Had to boil kettle on the floor. No receptionist as stated in advert. Overall not a good place to stay. Bathroom & bed was clean. Overall not a good place to stay.

Our room was perfect for a one night stay, everything was neat and tidy, the bed was also really comfy. Simple and quick check in at the sister hotel next door. We had a room at the back of the property and even though we slept with a window open the only noise we heard were the birds singing in the morning Perfect location if attending and event at the Apollo etc. Hammersmith tube stations both a very short walk away so could also be a base if visiting central London We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in London
