Hôtel tenu par des gens sans scrupules… niveau propreté c’est très limite. Accès aux chambres à 15h et il faut les libérer à 11h… bref! Nous avons égaré notre clé durant le séjour et avons demandé une autre clé et il fallait payer 10£, …. Mais ils ont refusé qu’on paye en cb alors ils ont accepté qu’on paye 5£ mais en espèces, du vrai n’importe quoi!!!!Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain. Et quand tu demandes, il te répond que certainement pas!!! Cela dit, quand tu arrives à la réception et que le mec se brosse les dents dans la cuisine en face de la réception, TOUT EST DIT!☹️☹️☹️😣😣😣😣😣

Hotel pequeñito, para dormir y poco mas. Lo que buscaba en Londres ya que en el centro es todo excesivamente caro. Estacion de tren y metro a 5 min del hotel. Barrio tranquilo y pasan muchos autobuses cada poco tiempo. Supermercado al girar la esquina. Se tardan 20 min al centro de londres asi que esta muy bien ubicado. No es demasiado grande pero si conoces Londres sabes que es asi sino quieres pagar mucho dinero por un hotel.

We came here stay whilst seeing a concert at Eventim Apollo (good distance). It was basic but fine if you just need somewhere to just sleep. Beds were fine, shower was fine, hairdryer worked, kettle worked but yucky coffee and no spoons we had a family room with 2 small double beds and a single bed. Tv signal was very bad and I had to ask about the wifi as I struggled to connect but managed in the end. Great location near everything we needed all within walking distance. Would stay again if I needed a pillow to rest my head

Our twin room (no.29) was situated at the rear of the property so was well away from he busy main road to the front. It was quite spacious and had two very comfortable double beds. There was a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite shower room was clean and modern with a very powerful shower. Towels, soap and shower gel were also provided. The only downside was it was quite cold in the room as the heating was not on. All in all a good place to stay for what we paid, within a fifteen minute walk to the Apollo theatre. There was no breakfast included in he price.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. So awful in fact, that I never even got through the dial tone on the reception. No reachable phone number, emails bounce back. I am left completely baffled by the lack of respect and consideration for their customers. NEVER again.

I was given a room on the ground floor (room 22 I think, right next to the stairs to the basement). It was a tiny room (expected), with a glass door - no window - which cannot be opened. I arrived on the hottest day on record for a two night stay. A tiny fan (slightly bigger than the travel kettle) was the only thing that kept the air moving in the room. Even though I was on the ground floor, near the reception area, their wifi signal was weak and kept being dropped. Overall, I'd say best avoided.

Que nadie se deje engañar por las fotos o algunos comentarios positivos. Nunca he estado TAN MAL en un hotel (ni siquiera se le puede llamar así). Habitación debajo de las escaleras pequeñísima con la cama pegada a la ventana (hay que apañ**** para que no entre el frío hacia dentro), moqueta vieja y sucia, lámpara de noche que no funciona..el baño es el más asqueroso en el que he estado en todos los hoteles de mi vida. El primer día estaba completamente SUCIO, LAVABO CON RESTOS DE OTRA PERSONA, PELOS, GRIFO ASQUEROSO. No lo limpiaron nin un sólo día!!!!!!!!!! Huele fatal, es enano, la ducha está sucia.. nunca he estado tan mal. No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. LUGAR ASQUEROSO.

Det var inte mycket som stämde överens med bilderna som låg på deras hemsida. Rummen var fruktansvärt små med dålig standard, o bilderna var från ett hotell på en helt annan adress. Jag hade aldrig frivilligt bokat in mig på ett sådant här rum. Där fanns ingen tillgång över huvudtaget på mat på hotellet vilket resulterade i att vi fick jaga efter frukost ena dagen när vi skulle iväg på event. Trappan som ledde ner till vårt rum var så snäv o brant att jag som har kronisk smärta hade stora svårigheter att ta mig upp o ner.

A great budget hotel that is ideally situated between hammersmith and Sheperd's Bush. A very friendly receptionist with who i had a nice chat. The room was very clean and cosy. No luxury but a nice room with a good shower and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend.
