Hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, Saint James' Park

Spot on, great location, great night sleep and well looked after for all three of us (me, my other half and my bike ready for Ride London 100).

We had a two night stay over the bank holiday weekend. The room was all we needed and super clean. Every staff member was amazing, friendly and helpful. The loved the fact we could sit in the lobby having a coffee or tea and there was more than enough for breakfast. Another bonus was we could leave our luggage for the whole day after check out as we were still exploring. Thank you very much for making our stay so easy.

This hub hotel is a wonderful base for exploring London. The location is fantastic and although the rooms are small pods they work well if you are out and about most of the day. The bed was comfortable but the only issue for us was that if you are a couple, the person sleeping on the inside has to climb over the person on the outside during the night meaning they wake up. The breakfast is continental but generous and good quality. Free tea and coffee is available all day. The staff are lovely and always available.

I stayed at St. James Park for a few days at the end of May. I'd previously stayed at this location a year or two ago when there was work being done to the surrounding area, so the biggest change was the layout around the hotel and what was on offer nearby. The location has great links to the buses and tube and is in easy walking distance of Westminster and Victoria. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the area feels safe. The rooms are small but very clean and have all the comforts necessary for a trip. The only exception is a kettle, but hot and cold drinks are available from the downstairs reception area. The beds are extremely comfortable and provided a great quality of sleep during the days I was there. The rooms must have been well-insulated as I didn't hear other guests at all, and the air con was definitely appreciated during the hotter days. I kept to myself for most of the trip, but the two or three encounters I had with the staff were extremely pleasant. Everyone is very kind, friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for a great stay!

This hotel was an excellent location and great value for money. The room was exactly as advertised and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We were extremely impressed with the Premier Inn Hub - stayed in plenty of normal Premier Inns but this was the first time in a Hub Firstly I booked online via the App which was clear and easy. The price I paid was very good. Location was very good just round the corner from Westminster Abbey and walking distance from the West End (and Waterloo) We opted for one of the bigger rooms which was great. Certainly big enough for a night or two. Comfortable king bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, hairdryer, small wardrobe, TV, AC - all you need. Downstairs there is a small bar, restaurant, breakfast area with complimentary hot drinks. They also stored our bags pre check in then after check out. Recommended

Lift buttons tappet in to hold them, Lift emergence button disabled note saying ring a number in emergence. Breakfast was only continental no English breakfast no Bar in hotel. Not up to the stand I was expecting.
